Welcome to Armagh Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website carhirearmagh.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services
1. Armagh Tenancy
All vehicle rentals with Armagh are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement provided at booking confirmation or at vehicle collection. That agreement sets out the applicable terms, conditions, insurance details, charges, and your responsibilities for the particular rental. If there is any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will govern.
2. Armagh Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Armagh, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old (age limits may differ by vehicle class, with additional fees applied to drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate to the vehicle category, held for the minimum period stated in the Rental Agreement. Present valid identification together with proof of address and a payment method acceptable to Armagh at the time of vehicle collection.
3. Armagh Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or in person at our Armagh location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. 4. Vehicle Collection and Return at Armagh
- When collecting a vehicle from Armagh, you must inspect it thoroughly and report any existing damage immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and an Armagh representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as collected, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage will be recorded and charged to the hirer.
5. Armagh Insurance and Liability
- Armagh includes basic third-party insurance with all rentals. Full coverage details and excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Additional insurance options may be available to reduce your financial liability. Please review these options carefully. You are responsible for damage or loss up to the stated excess and for any costs not covered by the policy.
6. Cancellation and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment policies for Armagh vary by booking type and notice period. Please consult your Armagh booking confirmation or Rental Agreement for details. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.
7. Armagh Prohibitions
You must not use the Armagh vehicle for:
- Any illegal purpose or activity involving Armagh vehicles. Racing, rallying, off-roading, or other hazardous activities with Armagh vehicles. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials, including regulated substances. Sub-letting to third parties or allowing unauthorized drivers to operate Armagh vehicles. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating an Armagh vehicle. Purposes for which the vehicle is not designed, such as excessive loading or non-standard use...
Breaching Armagh restrictions may result in immediate rental termination and additional charges.
8. Limitation of Liability for Armagh
To the maximum extent permitted by English and Welsh law, Armagh will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid Armagh for the service that gave rise to the claim.
9. Armagh Law
These Terms are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Armagh.
10. Changes to Armagh Terms
Armagh may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on the Armagh website. Your continued use of Armagh’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
